At The Toy Box, we’re committed to offering you the best value. If you find the identical, in-stock product (same brand, model, colour, in original packaging, and new) at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll happily match it for you.
The competitor's price must be current, and the product must be in stock. To request a price match, simply email our team at info@thetoybox.co.nz with details of the item including proof of price (ie a screenshot or the link to the website where you have seen this price). Once our team has verified that the price match meets our terms and conditions, we’ll process the price match for you. All price matches are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline without providing a reason.
The Price Match Promise Does Not Apply To:
- Offers from vendors outside New Zealand
- Rain checks, quotes, or special orders
- Liquidation, clearance, or warehouse outlets
- Manufacturers' clearance, auction websites, or private sellers
- Additional discounts like Gold Cards or special promotions
