Returns Policy

If you do need to return an item, the item must be returned to The Toy Box within 28 days of the purchase date. It must be unused and in its original packaging. 

To organise the return, please send back the item to The Toy Box, 8 King Street, Te Puke 3119.  Please include a reference to your sales order number when sending it back.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we do recommend that you send it via a tracked method (ie courier).

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will email you a store credit for the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) that you paid for the product.   

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about our products or are unsure about the item you wish to purchase then please feel free to contact us at info@thetoybox.co.nz prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.

We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email info@thetoybox.co.nz. We will arrange to provide a replacement if the product is unable to be fixed. If the product is unable to be fixed or a replacement made a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
