Can you believe Easter is just around the corner? Just quietly, I'm looking forward to a long weekend and I know my children are definitely looking forward to a visit from the Easter Bunny and some chocolate!

Easter Egg Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
- 200 grams milk chocolate (you can use up leftover Easter Eggs here if you choose!)
- A few handfuls of mini easter eggs
- Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper
- Melt the milk chocolate either in the microwave or a double boiler
- Pour the melted chocolate into the baking tin and smooth it out gently
- Decorate with your mini Easter Eggs and sprinkles!
- Leave to set in the fridge for approximately 2 hours
- When set, cut or break into chunks and enjoy!
